Campus Telephone Services

Phone services are available from OIT to support you during telecommuting. Your voice mail messages can be accessed from off-campus by dialing 209-664-6900 and following the prompts.

Submit a Ticket for Telephone Services

If you are a new user and need phone services, please submit a ticket. We will assist you with the following:

  • Setting up your name on the display of your office phone and creating the voice mail access codes.
  • Resetting your passcode.
  • Attaching voice mail messages to an email message.
  • Forward your campus phone to your personal phones
  • Set up an account in the Clearspan mobile or desktop app to mask your personal phone number.

What is the Mitel Clearspan App?

You can install the Mitel Clearspan App on your mobile phone or desktop. This allows you to place and receive phone calls on a soft-phone on your desktop or an app on your mobile phone.  These calls go to your desk phone but also to your desktop or mobile phone.  They are an extension of your desk phone so it appears that you are at your desk phone extension when you make or receive calls. Clearspan is available as a download from the App store. Submit a ticket to set up your Clearspan account.
