Can't access campus Data Warehouse

Problem

When trying to access the campus Data Warehouse report site, commonly by using the "Stanalytics Reporting" link on the myStanState portal, you experience a message similar to "Can't reach this page" or "Can't find this site" as in the following examples:

The campus Data Warehouse report site is only available while you are on campus or when you are connected through the campus VPN (Global Protect) if you are not physically on campus. If you are not physically on campus, please ensure you are running and are connected to the campus VPN:
