OIT Opens New Tech Support Desk for Faculty & Staff
OIT's expanded tech support for faculty and staff is now open in the Mary Stuart Rogers Educational Services Gateway Building, MSR 120A. The Administrative Technology Support Desk (ATSD). is open for in-person support from 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday thru Friday. Faculty and staff are invited to drop by for laptop support, help with passwords, email, and other general OIT services. Our professional staff are there to answer your questions in a comfortable and convenient location.
Support is still available in our main Technology Support Desk (TSD) in the newly renovated Vasche Library, Suite L256. The TSD is open from 8 AM to 8 PM, Monday thru Thursday, and 8 AM to 5 PM on Friday. We can also be reached by phone, web, chat tool, and through our Client Portal.
Equipment checkouts are available for pick up at the TSD in L256.
