This is the primary support portal for the Office of Information Technology. Here is where you can submit a ticket request, project request, check on your submitted requests, and access self service resources.

Technology Support Portal Overview
Here is a brief overview of the Technology Support Portal and its sections.

Computer Labs
This section contains information on all OIT maintained labs in both Turlock and Stockton campuses.

Classroom Support
This section contains information pertaining to classroom and conference room technology.

Academic Technology
This section is geared towards faculty and how they can intentionally and purposefully integrate technology in teaching, learning, and research.

OIT Projects
This section contains specific information related to IT backed projects, the IT Governance Framework, and the Project Management and Portfolio Management processes.

Projects/Workspaces
All OIT projects are managed though TeamDynamix. This section will display all projects where you have been added as a stakeholder, team member, or a resource. It will also display public information on other OIT projects.

Services
This section contains the OIT service catalogue. It lists all services OIT has to offer, an explanation of those services, and the ability to create a support tickets. All services are grouped into categories and into subcategories.

Knowledge Base
This is the primary location for IT "how-to" articles. These articles are for those who like the "DIY" process to resolve issues.

Network Maintenance
6:00 a.m. to Noon, First Sunday of Each Month

Server Maintenance
2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m., First Tuesday of Each Month

MyStanState PeopleSoft Maintenance
8:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Every Thursday Evening

The maintenance program is a preventative measure that is essential to providing stable and secure systems to the University. No maintenance is scheduled for the start of the semester, finals, and at year's end.
