Log Into Faculty/Staff/Department Email
Every faculty and staff member has a Microsoft Outlook 365 inbox and can be access two ways:
Please use your full University email address to log in (username@csustan.edu).
Department Email
We are currently in the process of changing generic/department accounts into shared mailboxes. This allows for better account security by linking access to the department mailbox from a user account (by request). This also eliminates the use of a password to access the generic/department emails.
If you are having issues accessing your email/campus account, are in need of assistance, or have a question about shared mailboxes for your department/organization you can submit a support ticket by either emailing TechSupport@csustan.edu, calling 209-667-3687, or by clicking on the "Request Support" button.
