Need to order IT or AV equipment for your department?
You can request a quote for your IT or AV equipment needs by submitting your request here. This quote process is geared towards department purchasers that need a quote for e-req purchasing for their respective departments. The following is what this request form covers:
- Dell device orders
- Apple device orders
- Other vendor device orders
- Paid Apple App Store orders
- University approved software orders (others will require TAR for approval)
- AV equipment for classroom/conference room builds or upgrades
Dell orders under $2,500, and not a custom request requiring TAR approval will need to be purchased through CSUBuy by your department's purchaser/P-Card holder.
