Faculty and Staff Laptop Checkout Request

Are you in need of a laptop for a limited period of time?

The Technology Support Desk has a limited number of laptops (Mac and PC) available for short-term checkout to faculty and staff for academic use and University business. Reasons for using this service would include the following:

  • Your current computer is being serviced for repair or replacement

  • Your department has ordered a new computer and waiting for delivery

Laptop checkouts may be provided to individuals for a max time limit of 1 month (30 days). Renewals are subject to resubmission of the request form to acquire additional approval.

Laptop checkouts found overdue will go through the standard overdue notification process until the laptop is locked.
