Searching for documents in Adobe Sign
When an account gets too large, Adobe Sign automatically limits how many transactions and documents are displayed in the "Manage" tab and older transactions and documents are truncated from the viewable list to improve performance.
To find older transactions, use the search feature to find agreements more than 30 days old as shown below:
- Log in to your Adobe Sign account:
https://csustan.echosign.com/public/login?locale=en_US
- Navigate to the Manage page > Advanced Search bar.
- Specify the search using the keywords such as Signed 2019, Signed April 2020, and so on.
