Signing a PDF Employment Letter
To complete this task, you will need to open the PDF with Adobe Reader or Pro DC.
On the right-hand tool bar, choose “Fill & Sign” to enable field to insert signature:

If the file is locked
- Click on the padlock on the top left of the window and select "Permission Details":

- In the following window, find the "Security Method" drop-down menu:

- If the drop-down has "Password Security" or any other option selected, click on the field, and select “No Security”. Click “Ok” on the two subsequent pop-ups.

This should unlock the file and allow you to sign the document in the “Fill & Sign” option as stated at the top of this article.
