How to Submit an IT Project Request
Once you have your materials ready to submit your IT project request, click on the red button located on this page.
You will be presented with a fillable form. Please fill and make selections within all the required fields indicated by the asterisks. Once completed, click "Save" to continue.
You will have another opportunity in the "General" section to verify the completeness your information. Once you are satisfied with the information, click on "Mark Complete".
If at any point in the process you feel that you don't have all the information needed to submit your project request, you can always click on "Save" to pause the process. To come back to your request, you can click on the "Services" heading on the top row, then "Project Requests" in the row below. Select the title of the unfinished project request to continue inputting project information.
Click on "Files" on the left hand pane. This is where you will upload any files related to your project request. Click on "Add Attachments" to search your computer or to drag-and-drop your file up to the request file repository. Click "Mark Complete" when you are finished uploading your files.
Click on "Review and Submit" on the left hand pane (you can skip "Risk Register") and review your information. This is where you can go back and change any information in your project request. Click "Submit" when ready.
The following prompt will appear. You can click "Cancel" if you wish to make any changes to your project request, otherwise, click "OK" to finalize your project request.
The following message indicates a successful submission of your project request.
